My one-to-one offering operates at the intersection of trauma-informed somatic practice, nervous system repair, mythopoetic inquiry, ritual theatre, and multidimensional energetic work. This is not surface level coaching, or ungrounded energetic work, or conventional psychotherapy. It is a multi-dscliplinary container for individuals ready to examine the architecture of their psyche, body, relational patterns, and spiritual cosmology with reverence and responsibility.

In this work, we address trauma and attachment imprints through nervous system tracking, somatic processing, and parts-based integration. We work with the ways shock, violation, neglect, or chronic stress have organised the body and shaped identity. Dysregulation, dissociation, shame, relational collapse, sexual patterning, and survival strategies are approached from a number of lenses to allow for the intricate nature of your being to be experienced. Alongside this physioglocal repair, we engage mythopoetic and archetypal dimensions of experience. Personal narrative is explored not only as biography, but as living myth. Through guided enactment, ritual theatre techniques, and symbolic inquiry, unconscious roles and inherited storylines are made visible.

We cultivate regulation within the body. We build somatic literacy. We deepen attunement to sensation, pattern, contraction, impulse, and charge. We track and map the unique language of your body, psyche, and soul. As regulation strengthens and the body feels safer, something begins to open. There is more spaciousness. More internal room. More ability to perceive what was previously inaccessible. The work with the physiological and psychological layers naturally creates the conditions for more intricate and layered dimensions of experience to become available. This is where we then can begin to activate into more intricate and unseen dimensions that extend beyond the purely physical plane. It becomes possible to explore the subtle energetics of your field through mapping and tracking timelines (past lives, parallel patterning, and ancestral imprinting), the awakening of your vocal chamber through demaouring and activation work, erotic regulation, archetypal exploration, and soul retriveal work.

The process is cyclical. We move through excavation and healing, into spaciousness, into activation.
